Terms and conditions of hire.
Payment for all hires is required before or at time of delivery. A deposit is required for some overnight hires and for Party games. All unsupervised hires are subject to signing our standard disclaimer.
Delivery time will be set when your booking is taken. The latest we collect (or supervise ) is 8.00pm. Any hire required after this time is classed as an 24hr hire.
All hire items that are to used outdoors are required to be set up on grass or other suitable flat surface. Hire items must be secured to the ground by anchor steaks or secured to a permanent fixture. The site should be free from overhanging trees or cables and clear of any other obstructions near to the inflatable. Please note it is the responsibility of the hirer to insure that the set up area is suitable and that there is easy access to it from the street prior to delivery.
Due to the size and weight of our larger inflatables we may be unable to deliver to a site that has several stairs leading up to it . If required we will be happy to carry out a site suitability check but in most cases we can advise you over the phone. A site check costs £25 which is deductible off the cost of any hire.
You will also be supplied with our most up to date copy of the safe use sheet for the items you have hired. You will NOT be covered by our Public Liability Insurance for third party claims this type of hire. You will be covered for defective equipment or equipment failure. In order for your event to be fully covered by our insurance we must be in attendance. This is the same for all hire companies. Therefore on all dry hires the hirer must insure adult supervision at all times.
In order to comply with current insurance regulations no one under the influence of alcohol or drugs must be allowed to use or supervise any unit.
Cancellation policy. If your hire is under £150 it should be possible to cancel anytime up until an hour before the arranged delivery time without any cancellation fee. After this time the full hire charge becomes payable at the discretion of the delivery driver. The hire charge is also payable if we are unable to deliver due to there not being enough operating space or if the set up site is inaccessible. If your hire is over £250 and you have to cancel prior to delivery time there is a 10% cancellation fee. If your hire is over £250 and you cancel at delivery time on there is a 20% cancellation fee. Should you cancel, re-book then cancel again there is a 50% cancellation fee.
Deposits are returnable upon the complete, clean and working return of the hire item/s. Again deposits are returned at the discretion of Threeway Services.
We operate a strict no refund policy if after you items have been delivered the weather turns bad. Should the weather be unsuitable prior to delivery we will advise of this before we deliver in order to give the customer the option to cancel free of charge.
